It is odd that this game was published in early March, 2019 instead of just before Christmas ,2018. Tessie hadn't published any new games since January, 2018 , until March, 2019.

Move the cup of coffee and get Happy Coin 1.
Get Happy Coin 2 from the floor right of sofa.
Get Happy Coin 3 from under the pillow.
Get radio from bookshelf.
Note the AM / FM settings.
AM : 800
FM : 82
Goto this cupboard.
Goto the drawer at upper right.
Enter FMAM 82 800 .
Get Santa 1.
Note the numbers behind Santa.
The layout of the numbers matches the layout of the window panes.
Goto this cupboard.
Zodiac device.
The windows have the same set of Zodiac signs as on the windows.
Match the numbers behind Santa with the Zodiac signs on each windows.
From the Zodiac sign device , the first column is Cancer. Find the Cancer Zodiac sign on the first window from the left, match the number (behind Santa) with the same location as the Zodiac sign on the window. E.g. Cancer Zodiac sign is matched with number 7. Repeat the same for other windows.
Cancer is 7.
Leo is 3.
Virgo is 9.
Libra is 3.
Cancer Leo Virgo Libra
7 3 9 3
Get Santa 2.
Place the two Santa onto the Santa device.
Get knife.
Click on the white button nad note the sequence in which the Santas move.
Return to the piano.
Click on the piano pedals in the same sequence as the Santa's sequence.
Now the piano is open.
Note the word MIXMAX.
Get the hexagon key.
Get Happy Coin 4.
Goto the painting at right of door.
Click on the corners and reveal the alphabets A (top left), M (bottom left) , I (top right) and X (bottom right). These are the alphabets in MIXMAX.
Click on the corners of the painting in the same sequence as spelling MIXMAX.
Get pink bird.
Something is to be inserted into the hole here.
Place the pink bird here . Note the colour of the hat on each bird. Green , Yellow and Red.
Get Happy Coin 5.
Get knob.
Return to the painting and insert the knob here. Switch it to ON.
Note the light-up sequence of the lights above the painting.
Return to the piano.
Click on the square buttons using the same light-up sequence of the lights.
Get battery and...........
..............Happy Coin 6.
Return to the Christmas tree.
Insert the battery at the switch right of the tree. Click on the square button.
Note the number of lights for green, yellow and red lights
Return to the bird device.
Enter the numbers of lights that have the same colour as the hat for each bird.
Green 6; yellow 4 ; red 5.
Get key.
Return to the Christmas tree.
Click and extend the antenna of the radio
Select the radio and click on the shelf above the Christmas tree.
Get the S hook.
Return to the clock left of door.
Using this key to open the clock.
The time of the clock changes to 9:30 or 21:30 .
Get the ring.
Return to this cupboard.
Goto the lower drawer on the right. Enter hour H : 21 and minutes M : 30 .
Get Happy Coin 7.
Goto the panel at the floor.
Use this key to open the panel.
Need something long to get the shopping bag inside the compartment.
Get the note from the panel lid.
Fill in the blank squares with the given set of alphabets EEEEHINNNORT to form three numbers.
The answer is 3 1 9.
Goto the wooden hippopotamus device and enter 3 1 9.
Get screwdriver.
Return to this cupboard.
Use the screwdriver to open this.
It is a Santa cake.
Use the knife to cut the cake.
Get Happy Coin 8.
Click on the lid and find this pattern.
Return to the coffee table under the painting.
Using the pattern on the lid as the sequence for clicking on the square buttons
Get Happy Coin 9.
There is a box of rings.
Insert this ring into the empty slot in the ring box.
Get necklace.
Attach the S hook to the necklace.
Return to the panel at floor.
Using the necklace with S hook to obtain a shopping bag.
Get Happy Coin 10 from bag.
Return to the bookshelf.
Insert all ten Happy Coins into the Santa device.
Get ESCAPE key.
Use key to unlock door and ESCAPE!
Choose a Christmas present from three boxes.
