He was a famous rock singer (he sang some Blues too) from England (when he sang , he didn't sound British, more like American) and he died in Crawford , Colorado, U.S.
Beatles remaining members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr paid tribute to this greatest rock singer from Britain.
His last album was dated 2012.
Many of my favourite singers , writers are mostly gone.
