JOE COCKER DIES AT THE AGE OF 70

I was watching a movie called Harry and the Hendersons, it is a Bigfoot and family movie from the 80s and the ending theme for this movie Love lives on was performed by Joe Cocker (I used "was" ).

I looked up Joe Cocker on the internet and I found this:

"Singer Joe Cocker dies , aged 70 after cancer battle"  . He died on 22 nd December, 2014  at the age of 70 and of lung cancer.

He was a famous rock singer (he sang some Blues too) from England (when he sang , he didn't sound British, more like American) and he died in Crawford , Colorado, U.S.

Beatles remaining members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr paid tribute to this greatest rock singer from Britain.

His last album was dated 2012.

Many of my favourite singers , writers are mostly gone.
