The Orme, Unique Tiny house on wheels

Minimaliste is a tiny house builder based in Montreal ,Quebec ,Canada. They have designed some of the best tiny houses I have seen. This tiny house is smaller than most they have built but has a modern interior design scheme with plenty of natural and artificial lights. Minimaliste always has relatively spacious design for living room. This house has a screen and a recess area for TV projector. Kitchen has a nice size but does not have any dish washer. I have one at home but the washer is never used , I prefer washing dishes manually , I don't really think dish washer is a neccessity. The shower also has a modern design with a glass door, but when the glass door is in the open position, it might hit the sink. Although a composting toilet is installed , there is an option of replacing it with a flash toilet. The washing/dryer combo machine is directly in front of the toilet , so I guess one can entertain oneself watching the washing machine rotate while doing "the business". Is there any ventilation fan above the toilet ? I wonder if they could use the space above the kitchen cabinets as part of the loft (8:08) . I personally prefer door for loft. They can actually provide more storage cabinets for the loft by putting more cabinets on top of existing ones , so the cabinets can also serve as a wall to provide more privacy.  The stairs can be narrower and provide more space for the living and kitchen areas. I don't really like the location of the electrical panel , one can't put anything in front of it and obstruct the panel door; also the panel takes up some of the living room space. They can also move the AC slightly closer to the stairs side for easier access in case of needing servicing and this also allows the space above the kitchen cabinets to be used for the loft.
