An older video but it is an excellent model made by newkiha5828. He even re-enacts some of the scenes from the movie using different types of lights and cotton. He has a great passion for train models , even from the older era.
That piece of electronic background music is from Adieu Galaxy Express 999 さよらな銀河鉄道 999 アンドロメダ終着駅 and the cloud (cotton) scene is of course from the scene in which 999 is going through the "nebula" before reaching the final destination - Andromeda.

This is the only set of collections I have (image in the video). I wish I had that passion to build something like newkiha5828's works.
