真的 CHAR AZUNABLE 被炸死, EDWAU MAS (馬沙) 為了潜入自護對 ZABI family 報仇, 用了CHAR AZUNABLE 這名作掩藏自己的真正身份. EDWAU 與 CHAR 樣貌相似 (EDWAU 有咖啡眼晴; CHAR 有藍眼晴).
EDWAU takes on the name of Char after the real Char is killed in an explosion(They are like twins except the eye colours (Char has blue eyes and Edwau has brown).

Edwau met him in Side 5 colony. Char is the son of Roger Azunable and sets off to join the military against his father's wishes. Edwau decides to go along with Char to protect him. Before boarding the ship, Char is found to have some fake explosives and is about to be detained. Edwau suggests to Char that they should swap clothing so that Char can board the ship and take the entry exam while Edwau is detained in his place. Unfortunately, the ship that Char boarded exploded (probably assassination attempt by the Zabi family to kill Edwau Mas). Edwau takes on Char's name thereafter and wears sunglasses to hide his brown eyes (Char has blue eyes).
