Another nice tidy house in New Zealand (the owner calls it tidy mansion which is appropriate) . Both the interior and exterior have modern designs. The house is 10 meters(L) x 3 meters (W) x 4.3 meters (H) . It is retangular and I think it is the way to go if you want maximum interior space . The owner uses the space for second bedroom as a very cosy living TV room. The main bedroom is not bad either , also comfortable, with night breeze coming through the windows on either sides of the bedroom. The bathroom is large with modern design but also has a composting toilet. According to the owner , the gray water is pumped to the main house system, so basically he dumps his dirty water to someone else's space and still has to remove his own solid waste ~~~ This house is very nice but once again the land is owned by someone else, so even though one saves on mortgage living in a tidy house but still needs the money to buy land to own the place out right .
