This is a wonderfully designed tiny house located at Portland, Oregan. The exterior is metal and the interior has employed a few space-saving feature including a hidden shower. More space is obtained with a smaller kitchen. The house has a modern style. The best thing in the house is, of course, a flush toilet !
I guess this house is on-grid The house costs round $70K US. I wonder if the cost would be lower if wood is used instead of metal for the exterior; also, would the metal absorb too much heat during the summer time? As nice as the house is , it is on somebody else's land like many tiny houses.
