This is a large size tiny house in Vancouver , Canada. Even though there are water tank and solar panels , the house is not completely off-grid yet. The owners also have a "catio" , a patio for cats, lovely~~~ . Even though it is a large tiny house but they don't have a proper dinning area except a fold-up desk for tea/coffee time.
I am not sure whether this is right for their late teen son, privacy is a concern but it looks like it works for them. Having doors for rooms will help.
I wonder if they own the land and how much would the piece of land cost? This is always a concern - where to park the moveable tiny house?
