I wonder if the camera is on some sort of vehicle , the images are stable instead of shaky like it would be if the camera was in someone's hands. The camera is also positioned above average height of most people in Japan.
Just too bad , Japanese do not get time off during the Christmas season, it is not a holiday to them, just an observance. With long working hours throughout the year, I think they deserve to take time off during the Christmas season.
One thing about Japan is that even in big city such as Tokyo , people do their parts part to keep the city clean.
