She was a hoarder. She got rid of a lot of her stuff and decided to live simpler and less crowded. Personally , I would build more loft space, more space for a tiny study room or another bedroom loft . It needs higher guard rails for the cat walk which is supposed to carry at least 200 lbs
Using bags filled with earth to build a house or a bedroom.I am just not too sure about the structural integrity but the guys seem to know what they are doing . How water/weather-proof is the structure? Earth bags are cheaper than concrete?
