This is probably one of the smaller ones in Banpresto Grandista series, it stands about 27cm (excluding the spikes of the hair) or slightly over 29cm if the tallest part of the hair is included, but it is still taller than regular Master Stars Piece.
It is probably because of the smaller packaging of most UFO catcher items, the body needs to be separated in two halves and re-assembled . The head also requires re-attachment but it is probably a good thing , when they have other Super Saiyan designs with just different hair colours , just give us the head , we can attach it to the same body!
The plastic piece that joins the body halves is a hallow one and that worries me, probably not as strong as a solid piece but this lowers manufacturing cost?
Being a statue figure, you pay for the sculpting and the more realistic anatomy which is lack in toys with articulations.
The figure comes with a support plastic piece which keeps the figure standing still.
The paint job (especially the muscles) is much better than that in the promotional photos.
I wonder if Google will consider this as "sexual content" since Gokuu is showing male nipples!
The hair is painted in silver leaf colour.
The muscles are quite "polygon-like" in this style of sculpting.
The muscles tone looks like cuts all over the body.
Maybe Banpresto can give us a different head with eyes looking forward!?
This is not S.H.Figuarts , there is no energy (ki) effect parts, so I have to make the energy halo digitally.
This looks like Super Saiyan Blue (SSGSS). Same mould , different hair colour ! That's why I like SS4 design.
There will be a Dragonball Super movie in December and I am predicting the appearance of Gogeta with either blue hair or white hair (migatte no gokui , ultra instinct version); hopefully , Banpresto will release a decently posed one.
Actually , I am still hoping that Banpresto will give us a stand-up-straight-posed SS4 Gogeta Grandista.
