河森正治與新歌姫會出場.
Kawamori Shouji (Macross mechanical designer) and the winner for the new Macross Diva will appear in the conference to be held on 29th October, 2015.
During the All Japan Hobby Show 2015 (全日本模型ホビーショー 2015), Kawamori san revealed that this new Macross TV series will concentrate more on Valkyrie vs Valkyrie. I guess this is the same as Macross Plus and Zero (to my disappointment, but Valks are popular toy items , Bandai and Hasegawa , and such companies benefit!). I am more of a battleship fan but don't like the "battle 7 class " Macross ship design.

Kawamori san also revealed that the Delta and other traingular shapes in the logo represent music , love traingle and transforming Valks (not love triangle again~~~).
I hope the new series is not the more of the same, but I would be pleased if they give us new battleship concepts at the very least.

Also, notice the background image within the logo of Macross Delta, looks like Earth or some planet, so the story concentrates on the location of a planet or Earth (like Macross Plus ??) . Personally , I am hoping for something closer to Earth with some space fights as in the original Macross, and more battleships such as SDF-1 , 2 class.
