Depending on what you are looking for, I'd recommend Jungle-SCS (http://jungle-scs.co.jp/). They have a lot of Tamashii Exclusive items and sometimes at prices even below the original MSRP, but it depends on the item.
I've already seen many exclusive SH Figuarts at really interesting prices there, like SHF Kamen Rider Accel Booster for ~3000JPY.
