STARTER : SHRIMP COCKTAIL



VEGGIE SOUP 羅宋湯.

MESHED POTATO




SPARE RIBS WITH MY "SPECIAL SAUCE". 我特别汁焗的排骨仔.





BAKED ESCARGOT WITH MUSHROOM IN MY SPECIAL CHEESE SAUCE. 焗蝸牛 in 我的特製芝士醬.



FRIED SALMON.



MAIN COURSE : TURKEY WITH STUFFING.




DESSERT : HOME MADE RASPBERRY ICE CREAM CAKE.



湯左邊那些是薯仔蓉 (MESHED POTATO).


What took two days to prepare, spent only half an hour to consume. ~_~

    1. 其實聖誕節那日只食了這聖誕餐,因做了整天做這餐, 沒有時間吃早午餐; 不過因餓可吃多些聖誕餐. 其實應說做了兩日製這聖誕餐.
