MS wants to buy Yahoo for 44.6 billion US (half in cash and half in MS shares). Yahoo shareholders get $31 US for each share. Stock market reacted positively to the news, Yahoo share went up by 48% at the end of the trading day. Again, Microsoft wants to 統一天下! Wipe out competitions and consumers suffer!!
Soon we will be forced into using Microsoft chopsticks to chow and toilet paper to wipe our butts!!!! Users would be forced to have their home pages set to Microsoft search engine.
